Spring Report
Spring is in the air! Following one of the mildest winters on record, everyone is excited to get on with spring activities. The warmer days, the grass greening up, and the glimpses of sunshine has folks wanting to get outside. The boats are coming out of storage, joggers are on the Long Bridge and bike paths, ATV’s have replaced snowmobiles in the back of pickups, and I’ve even seen some home gardeners prepping for a growing season. I’m hearing lots of positive talk about the coming summer season everywhere I go.
It is the same in the Real Estate market in Bonner County. There are lots of new listings, the interest rates are still low, the inventory is robust, and the prices are as low as they have been for years. Buyers are showing increased interest in taking advantage of the current market before interest rates and prices climb. It seems every agent in our office is working with people or is involved in transactions. It should be a busy season. Like I said, Spring is in the air and there is a lot of positive vibes to be excited about.
