Sandpoint Area Report
Winter Report
Following one of the most beautiful falls, everyone is excited to get on with winter activities. The November snowstorms and Schweitzer's earliest openings has everyone buzzing about. The boats are in storage, snowmobiles are showing up in the back of pickups, and ski racks are appearing on top of cars. With another La Nina winter ahead there should be plenty of snow to play in.
The Real Estate market in Bonner County has had a busy autumn and it looks like it may continue into this winter. There are lots of new listings, the interest rates are still low, the inventory is robust, and the prices are as low as they have been for years. Now that prices have stabilized, Buyers are showing increased interest in taking advantage of the current market before interest rates and prices climb. It seems every agent in our office is working with people or is involved in transactions. It promises to be a busy season. Let me know if I can help you sieze the current Real Estate opportunities in one of the most beautiful places on earth, Sandpoint nestled amid the snow covered mountains and the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.
